January Promotion

It's New Year's resolution season!  Get ready for a busy month in January!

We will be having a $0 enrollment fee special from 1/2/19-/1/31/19.

We have been having a slow past few months so the following are things that we need to be very conscientious about during the sign up process with EVERY new member:

- Offering to sign them up for Basic Orientation or Commit to be Fit when they sign up.**

   - If they are not interested in either, have a conversation with them about the 3 for $50 personal training package.**

**It is incredibly crucial that we get new members engaged right away in order to retain them.  If they have contact with a trainer or fitness associate right away they build a relationship right away and are more likely to check out more things that we have to offer.

- After sign up, make sure that they have a new member packet.  The packet should have the following information in it:***

-- Family Splash Center quarter sheet

-- Zone by Fitmetrix quarter sheet

-- 3 for $50 Personal Training quarter sheet

   -- Group Ex schedule (Y & FW)

   -- Aquatics schedule

-- Each of the brochures (sports, aquatics, membership guide, personal training and adult guide)

   -- Mobile app download instructions

   -- Age guidelines

-- Welcome Letter (First thing they see when they open the folder)

-- Welcome to the Y Sheet

-- Commit to be Fit Cards (Put in the business card holder of each folder)

***We need to stay ahead on these so if we get below 20 folders we need to make more so they are ready to go for every new join.

- When they are filling out the membership application be sure that we are getting their areas of interest.  Through Daxko Engage we can get them information on the things that they are interested in to try to get them more engaged that way.

This is our biggest month of the year for new joins so we need to be on point with each new join.  We have a strong team so I know that we can kick some serious butt if we all remember our training and ask for help when we need it!
