August Child Watch Add on Fee

Hey all,

We did not charge for Child Watch again this month (August).  For the time being anyone that adds on the Child Watch service we will not charge either.  Please still add on the recurring fee, but adjust the charge off with the Membership - Prorate Adjustment.
