Annual Support Campaign - Strong Kids Week next week

Starting Monday April 4th we will be kicking off Strong Kids Week which focuses on getting donations from the community to help support our Community Needs Based programs such as Financial Assistance on Membership and Child Care costs, LiveStrong for cancer survivors, Parkinson's Wellness Recovery for those afflicted with Parkinson's Disease and many others. 

We will have various "giving trees" similar to what you would see around Christmas with different tags on them that members can grab to bring to the desk to donate, or they are able to scan the QR code on the tag and make a donation online. If they want to pay at the desk this can be done by looking up their profile in Daxko and adding the One Time Fee "*4 Strong Kids Week Donation". 

The Membership department will also be having a bake sale in the East lobby. For any of you that like to bake and would like to donate some baked goods all donations are welcome. If the baked good you make contains nuts of any kind please indicate that on the packaging so we can take food allergies into consideration. Staff/members will be dropping off donations starting tomorrow, April 1. Please put donations on Dan's desk. They will be packaged and labeled Monday morning to be put out for sale.

When members come to purchase an item from the bake sale we use a Fast Fee to speed up the process. To use a Fast Fee click the Membership drop down tab, select Fast Fee and use the "Strong Kids Week Bake Sale" at the top. Enter in the dollar amount of the item(s) they want on the right and then click Add Fees at the bottom of the screen.
