The following message is being sent by Vanco Services, LLC on behalf of NIHCA and Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota. 

To All Health Club Credit Participating Clubs: 

As indicated in an email message earlier this year, BCBSND has been working to find a permanent solution to the ongoing issues experienced on our online wellness tool (MyHealthCenter). We are excited to announce that we have successfully launched a new online tool, HealthyBlue for a select number of our employer groups. At this time it is ONLY two groups that have moved to the new tool. BCBSND has made the decision to slowly launch HealthyBlue in order to ensure that it meets our member's needs and provides the best experience to all. Based on that information, a majority of our business will not move to HealthyBlue until June or July of this year. 

To avoid member confusion, please refrain from promoting the new tool until we provide an official notice that it is available to all populations. At that time we will provide new posters and communication materials to display at your club. In the meantime, if a member is not sure what their requirements are to receive health club credit, please refer them to call the phone number on the back of their BCBSND ID card. 

BCBSND appreciates your continued patience and collaboration as we roll out HealthyBlue and we will provide further details as they become available.
