Membership Upgrades

Hey all,

Please remember that when you are doing a membership upgrade you have to charge them the prorated difference in the membership dues (difference between an Adult membership rate and Household, for example) from the date they completed the change form through the end of that month.  There is a Prorate Calculator Excel spreadsheet pinned to the desk at all of the computers to calculate the amount owed for you.  

This also needs to be done for the Fitness Locker Room and Child Watch add-on.  

We change all of the necessary information (membership type, adding individuals, adding Add-On fees, etc) at the desk when we receive the change form.  Jennifer Keller handles all downgrades.
