Lark's Membership

Hey all,

We have an agreement with the Lark's office that their staff get a free Adult Membership.  This is set up by us on the back end as an annual membership set to process in February.  They do have the option to upgrade to a Household membership if they would like, but the employee is responsible for paying the difference.  They are also responsible for paying for the upgraded locker rooms or child watch.  

When someone on a Lark's employee membership wants to upgrade their account from an Adult to SP Household or Household they have to pay the prorated amount through the end of January.  All of their memberships are set to next process in February.  So if someone came in today to upgrade they would pay the prorate for the remainder of this month and then would also need to pay for the difference for the full year starting in February.  You can suggest that they pay the prorate for the remainder of this year plus the difference in 

the cost of an adult annual and a household annual ($132).
