Sidewalks during the winter

Team,

With winter weather now here please remember that we need to be keeping an eye on our sidewalks to make sure they are not covered in ice or snow. There are shovels and a bucket of ice melt in both the East and West entrances to be used by us. We need to be especially mindful of this when opening the building, after maintenance leaves during the week (5 PM) and on weekends. If there is a significant snow the maintenance on call person will come in and plow the walks but we still need to clear a walkway for members coming in. This also includes the stairs at the East entrance leading down to the Youth Development Center parking lot. Please remember to bring a hat and gloves with you to work in case you need to go out and shovel, lay down ice melt, etc.
