SOD/Team Lead Building Walk through

SOD/Team Leads,

When you are doing your building walk throughs McKaela has asked that go into both pools and pay attention to the life guards and make sure they are not on their phones, smart watches, etc.  She has implemented a new policy that does not allow them to have any of those devices on the pool deck while they are working.  If you see any of them using a cell phone, smart watch, etc she would like to know about it so please email her you observe this behavior.
