Equipment Sign Out Binder/Policy

Hey all,

We have been running into an issue of members/guests borrowing equipment from the West desk and not returning it.  To counter this we are now going to be requiring collateral to borrow equipment as well as the members signing out what they have borrowed.  We have a white three ring binder at the west desk for members/guests sign out what they would like.  Collateral can be stored in the drawer under the scan in station.  Collateral should be something of value that they will need to come back for (wallet, ID, keys, phone, etc.).  Once our equipment has been returned they will get their belongings back.  

We will not be borrowing anyone equipment without collateral going forward.
