Reactivating an account

Hey all,

With the paperless membership application process we no longer need to have individuals fill out a change form to reactivate within 30 days of going inactive.  We just need to be paying attention to when they went inactive like always.  As a refresher to see this follow the steps below.

- Look up individual's account in Daxko

- Click $0.00 under balance due

- Click Dues Setup

- Use the date next to Termination Date on the left hand side of the screen for determining if they are signing back up within 30 days in order to waive the enrollment fee.
