Outside Daycare Swim Lessons

Hey all,

All Outside Daycare Swim Lessons have changed to being online, call in or in person registration (Exploring Minds and First Steps bring their kids here for lessons).  In the past, the parent would pay the day care, the day care would then pay us and we would have to enter every participant in the system.  It is now the parent's responsibility to register their child.  We have ran into some issues with some folks trying to register online and not being able to log in to their profile.  If their Daxko account does not have an email tied to it, we need to enter an email address for them to be able to log in through the website.  If they have an email address listed, but have never logged into the website they need to create a password.  We can send them a link to their email address on file by following the steps below.

-  Locate Member's profile in Daxko

- Click Member Actions drop down menu

- Select "Edit Member Information"

- Click the "Contact Info" tab

- At the bottom of that screen you will see a button that says "Email Member Reset Password Link"

The member will receive the email notification that will direct them to the page to reset their password and will be able to register at that point.  Offer to help them with registration over the phone if they are still having difficulties.
