Signature Pads

Hey all,
If you find that the signature pad is not working please use the steps below to attempt to fix the issue.
In the top right corner click Daxko Operations
Right click Device Settings
Select Open link in new tab (opening device settings in a new tab should prevent you from having to re-enter the member information again)
Make sure that Topaz 1"x5" signature pad is selected
Click Save Settings
After completing those steps you should be able to refresh the Agreements page and have the member attempt to sign again. If the signature pad still does not work you can use the override function as a last resort.
Please remember that if there are any technical issues with the signature pads and a member is unable to electronically sign agreeing to the terms of becoming a member they MUST fill out a paper Membership Application or a Change Form (if they are renewing within 30 days of going inactive). If this happens, please have them sign, initial and date the necessary areas but fill in the rest for them so they do not need to be held up.
