The Kerr pool and Family Splash Center will be reopening Monday, June 1st.  Below are the guidelines/changes that will be effective that day until further notice.

Registration for lap spots are required ahead of time (Instructions to come as soon as I have them available).

Lap Lane registration will be open 24 hours prior to the spot they wish to register for and will be open up until the start of the time block (they will all start on the hour).  We can help people register at the desk if they are having issues but they would need to share their log in information with us for the profile they have created.

Family Splash Center (FSC)

There will be only be one activity available at a time in the FSC. (i.e. when swim lessons are going on that is the only thing in this area; when water group exercise is schedule that is all that is going on; when lap swim is scheduled that is all that is available.)

- Registration required for all water group fitness classes.  12 participants max.

- Registration required for lap swim times (3 lanes available)

     - Lap swim reservations will be good for 45 minutes.

Swim Lessons

Swim lessons will start June 1st.

- Instructors will have modified procedures and use face shields.  Older, more advanced age groups will be instructed will the instructor is on the pool deck.  Younger, less advance age groups will still have the instructor in the pool.

- Parents may sit on bleachers above the party room while following social distancing.  There will be no seating on the pool deck until further notice and they will not be allowed to congregate in the coffee shop.  (Communication will be sent out to all participants after registration informing them of this.)

Social distancing guidelines will be posted.

Pools will be closing at 8 PM Monday-Friday 6 PM on Saturday and Sunday (Splash Center closed on Sundays)

AS DESK STAFF WE NEED TO BE VERY VIGILANT WHEN PEOPLE ARE COMING IN ORDER TO INFORM PEOPLE THAT OPEN SWIM IS NOT AVAILABLE BEFORE THEY GET BACK TO THE POOLS.
