Heartview Foundation household membership

There will be a person coming up for a household membership for the Heartview foundation.  set up in system as heartview foundation.  change gender to company so you will not have to have a birth date entered into the system.  They will be setting up payment at the same time.  Lastly,

print to copies of the card so they have for total.  Also, give them a lanyard for all four cards.  If you have questions please ask.
